The following bikes and parts were seen at the Antique Motorcycle Club of America's annual swap meet at Davenport Iowa over Labor Day weekend. This is intended as a representative sample of what some people think their Simplex bikes and parts are worth. Bear in mind that this was a large gathering of people interested in old bikes, and not everything sold for the asking price, if at all.

Two 1957 Automatics
These bikes were "barn fresh". The seller had not even cleaned them up. The engines were frozen. Pretty much all parts were there, and everything was original. They had not run in quite a while. Asking price was $3,000 for the pair.

1952 Model M Servi-Cycle
One of the last rocker clutch models. This bike was complete and very original (including the quite unpopular tank decals). Don't know if it ran. Asking price was $2750.

1945 Model H
This bike has been "restored", and is very nice (although not perfect and not perfectly correct; a real picky Simplex restorer might note some imperfections and/or paint overspray, but the average person would find the bike overall very attractive). Asking price was $4750.

Frame and Wheels
The tag on this frame said simply, "Parts Bike $350".

Model G Frame and Wheels
This frame and wheels included the weathercap-type air cleaner, although dented. The roll bars were dented and damaged, and the entire package had been painted black. Asking price was $400; would not separate parts.

1947 Model H
Not running. Not much known about condition. Front fender had a large hole worn through it. Seat pan good but cover bad. Painted green. Had correct air cleaner. Asking price was $1400.
