This is the MOST DETAILED repair manual Simplex produced. It covers complete disassembly and reassembly, engine, chassis, transmission, and kick starter sections. Rebuilding, adjustments, etc. Six sections, 95 pages, loaded with illustrations. Printed for the 1948 model, but most sections are useful for all models. Bound, with plastic covers.

Includes a four page supplement for the 'L' Model (1949-1951).
This manual was published in 1953, and is the earliest of the Automatic manuals, in addition to the last of the rocker-clutch manuals. Includes basic riding instructions, motor and chassis lubrication and maintenance, engine rebuilding, and 'licensing data'.
